# Cancellation Policy

Your time and ours matter. We ask that all appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

**Late cancellations (under 24 hours)** are subject to a $50 fee.

**No-shows** will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

**Mobile IV visits** cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment are charged a $75 travel fee.

Deposits for aesthetic services (Botox, filler, microneedling) are non-refundable but transferable to another service within 60 days.

We understand emergencies happen — please reach out and we will always do our best to work with you.
