### Wegovy (semaglutide)

Available as a weekly GLP-1 injection or a daily pill. Reduces appetite and cravings, supports steady weight loss and helps regulate blood sugar.

### Zepbound (tirzepatide)

Weekly dual GIP/GLP-1 injection for meaningful weight loss and improved metabolic health.

### Foundayo (GLP-1)

Daily oral GLP-1 option for patients who prefer a pill over an injection.

### What's Included

Monthly management includes medication management, nutrition and exercise coaching. **Medication is not included.** Prescriptions are sent to LillyDirect, NovoCare Pharmacy or another appropriate pharmacy, and patients pay the pharmacy directly.

Already on a GLP-1 and looking to continue with a new provider? We welcome established GLP-1 patients and design each plan to fit where you are in your journey.
