Meet Our Founder

Dr. Sarah founded Elevate Health with a simple belief: every patient deserves personalized, compassionate, evidence-based care to help them live longer, healthier, happier lives. She is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best by understanding the underlying factors affecting their health and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

Dr. Sarah began her nursing career in medical-surgical nursing before advancing into critical care while earning her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As a Nurse Practitioner in the intensive care unit, caring for critically ill patients reinforced her belief that the greatest impact in healthcare comes through prevention, health optimization, and partnering with patients before chronic disease develops.

Raised in Northern Nevada, Dr. Sarah returned home to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice and pursue her passion for aesthetic medicine. She later completed advanced training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy through Worldlink Medical under the guidance of Dr. Neal Rouzier, integrating evidence-based hormone optimization into a comprehensive approach to patient care.

These experiences shaped the philosophy behind Elevate Health. Sarah believes exceptional healthcare is built on trust, meaningful relationships, and taking the time to truly listen. Every patient is treated as an individual — not a diagnosis — and every recommendation is guided by integrity, clinical excellence, and a genuine commitment to helping patients look and feel their best.

Registered Nurse

Hi! My name is Mandy, and I've been a Registered Nurse since 2018. I began my career on a cardiac telemetry floor at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center, where I learned the value of supporting people through their most challenging days. That connection quickly became my favorite part about being a nurse.

Today, I'm proud to work as a mobile IV nurse and in perioperative care at an eye surgery center. Both roles give me the opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality care and to be a comforting presence for my patients. When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me reading in the hammock, baking chocolate chip banana muffins with my daughters, or teaching myself new skills, like gardening, painting, cooking, or sewing. (And maybe avoiding the laundry!)

I'm often available for weekend services, as well as weekday and after-hour visits, so you can book your mobile IV for a time that's convenient for you. My goal is to make my patient's experience as easy and painless as possible — let's work together to get you feeling your best!

Hi! I'm Joseli, the Patient Care Coordinator at Elevate Health. I enjoy creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors and helping each visit feel smooth and stress-free.

I love connecting with people and making sure they feel supported and cared for. Whether I'm helping with scheduling, answering questions, or coordinating care, my goal is to make every interaction positive and meaningful.

I enjoy being part of a team that values strong relationships and helps people look and feel their best.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my dogs and exploring the outdoors around Lake Tahoe.
