Your time and ours matter. We ask that all appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are subject to a $50 fee.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Mobile IV visits cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment are charged a $75 travel fee.
Deposits for aesthetic services (Botox, filler, microneedling) are non-refundable but transferable to another service within 60 days.
