Dr. Sarah Shaw, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC began her nursing career as a medical surgical nurse, gaining essential skills and building a strong foundation for patient care. She then moved to Las Vegas to pursue her Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner while acquiring proficiency as a critical care nurse. After graduating, she remained in the ICU as a Nurse Practitioner. She loved helping sick people, but her ICU experience helped her realize the value of preventive medicine. She moved back home to Northern Nevada in 2017 to pursue her Doctorate of Nursing and begin a new path as an aesthetic injector.
Her passion is helping people look and feel their best, and she loves empowering her patients to live their best life. This philosophy shaped her vision for Elevate Health.
When she is not in the office, you can find her spending time with her daughter. She loves hiking, traveling, and good skin care.

Hey there! My name is Sara, and I have been a medical assistant for 4 years. I was born and raised in Stockton, California, but moved to Nevada almost 8 years ago never looking back. Since I have always been the caretaker of my family, I’ve become passionate about caring for people and ensuring patients receive the best support. My favorite part about being a medical assistant is interacting and creating special bonds with our patients.
When I am not working, I enjoy gardening and creating charcuterie boards for special events and gatherings with friends and family. Growing up in an Italian household has shaped my love for food. Trying new recipes with my fiancé and stepdaughter is one of my favorite ways to spend time together.
I look forward to continuing my journey in healthcare while cherishing every moment spent with family and friends.

I have found great joy in helping people feel their best from the inside out. After spending 8 years as a pediatric nurse, I’ve learned numerous life lessons and discovered the importance of living each day to the fullest. This experience also allowed me to perfect my injection and IV skills, ensuring a stress-free visit for all my wonderful clients.
When I’m not doing infusions, you’ll likely find me outdoors with my family, enjoying scenic runs or dancing, probably to country music. Being near the water soothes the soul and Kauai is my ultimate happy place. I also have a knack for crafting charcuterie boards, which I love to share with friends and family.

Hi! My name is Mandy, and I’ve been a Registered Nurse since 2018. I began my career on a cardiac telemetry floor at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, where I learned the value of supporting people through their most challenging days. That connection quickly became my favorite part about being a nurse.
Today, I’m proud to work as a mobile IV nurse and in perioperative care at an eye surgery center. Both roles give me the opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality care and to be a comforting presence for my patients.
When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me reading in the hammock, baking chocolate chip banana muffins with my daughters, or teaching myself new skills, like gardening, painting, cooking, or sewing. (And maybe avoiding the laundry!)
I’m often available for weekend services, as well as weekday and after-hour visits, so you can book your mobile IV for a time that’s convenient for you. My goal is to make my patient’s experience as easy and painless as possible— let’s work together to get you feeling your best!
